Here are the general policies for KretaRental (
Since these may vary depending on vehicle type, please also check the individual descriptions.

Upon your request to reserve a vehicle with KretaRental, you will be asked for a deposit of 30% of the total amount which will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable, so that your booking is valid.
The deposit must be made within 5 days from the date of your request.
All reservations are on “hold” until we receive your deposit for this booking.
NO reservation is considered “confirmed” unless we have received a deposit or full payment of the booking.

You will be asked to pay the remaining amount of the reservation (full amount minus deposit) upon your vehicle pick-up.
Payment can be made by cash or credit card. Accepted credit cards are:
Visa, Euro / Mastercard

Cancellation – No Show
– If canceled up to 21 days before arrival, you will be charged 30% of the entire reservation total (deposit is non-refundable).
– If canceled or modified later than that or if you don’t show up, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Your personal information and credit card are used through the secure connection Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The model uses a protocol SSL encryption to ensure that your data is protected and not viewed or used by others. All credit card details are handled by a secure payment system that has a digital security certificate.
The KretaRental does not retain any credit card details, which are used in accordance with Greek law and only for the purpose of completing the transaction.

Prices include taxes, there are no other charges (unless you have requested extra services).

Are taxes included in the final rates?
Yes, the price information provided is final and includes all taxes.

Do I have to pay for the vehicle in advance?
A deposit amount is required to secure your reservation.

What credit card types are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard

I do not have a credit card. Can I make a reservation for a vehicle?
If you do not want to use our secure payment system Secure Payment, you can pay by bank transfer. You can contact us directly for more information on this subject.

Can I make a reservation via email or phone?
